everything here felt perfect, it was a really really nice stay during a business trip. soundproof rooms with cutlery and toiletries and all necessary equipment, we relaxed well. the location was favourable and best possible a 10-minute walk from eu parliament.

Came in Brussels to explore new places, this apartment was nice base for making it happen. The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome. It was located in a modern area on great location parks.

Tbh, the room was very noisy.

Great location, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Convenient self-check-in process with no need for a key. the room was cleaned every day by a very friendly lady.

The ground floor suite was noisy, with people coming in and out of the building and slamming the door. the heating was turned off upon arrival, and it took some time to warm up the apartment.

The room was exceptional - clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a kitchen, comfy bed, and daily cleaning. The staff was professional and helpful, even when I made a tired mistake. Everything was easy and mind-blowingly comfortable, including amenities like Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

Very clean property with daily room cleaning. Sufficient space for one person. All necessary kitchen facilities provided. TV and WiFi access available. Close proximity to the city center and important points of interest in the EU area. Numerous restaurants, shops, and pharmacies are located nearby. Easy access to transportation options, such as the subway station, for reaching main train stations.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, except for one minor issue. The fully equipped kitchenette was a lifesaver, allowing me to prepare meals easily. The free WiFi and flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The location of the hotel in the European district was convenient for my visit. The concierge services were helpful, ensuring a smooth stay.

One minor issue was the unclean bin in the toilet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully decorated with a large, comfortable bed and everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, even when I made a silly mistake and they went above and beyond to assist me.

Clean, spacious studio apartment within walking distance from Schuman metro station. Bright enough for makeup artist. Considerate cleaning person. Comfortable bed and couch. Nice bathroom. Everything worked well. Decent coffee machine. Ironing board and iron available. Fantastic job by cleaning lady.

We recently stayed at a very convenient place in Brussels and had a fantastic experience. Urban Suites Schuman provided us with a calm and efficient stay. the small but complete kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals, and the good bathroom with a great shower was a welcome amenity. the clean and comfortable accommodations were perfect for our business trip as well as for couples on a city trip. the location was superb, situated on a quiet street with a supermarket and restaurants just around the corner. Although the area is not touristy, it was easy to reach the center and there was a lovely park nearby. the room itself was spacious and well-decorated, with plenty of natural light from the big windows. the hotel's response to our complaints was excellent. They promptly moved us to a much better room and even offered us a good discount. Urban Suites Schuman provided us with a very good stay in Brussels.

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment I stayed in had a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee machine that was like having my own personal barista. It was so convenient to be able to make my own coffee in the morning and have a delicious cup ready in minutes.
